When it comes to liquidity they don't seem to have the highest volumes in terms of BTC or ETH but they seem to be the only ones focusing on the Canadian market. They claim to be 100% Canadian with their offices registered and located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This exchange may not be the best, but launching a new website that allowed old users like me to regain access to my account shows that they truly cares about their users. Not all exchanges that went down were able to stand up again. I'm hopeful for the long term with this new platform, quadrigacx.org, because not everyone can simply forget their hard earned money.
